How do I update my card information?

The process for updating your credit card depends on what you're using it for:

For Token Purchases (1-Click Checkout)

If you want to change the card used for token purchases, you can manage this through your account settings:

  1. Log into your Cam4.com account
  2. Click your circular profile avatar in the top right of the screen
  3. Choose My Account
  4. Select the Account Settings tab and then choose Payments & Subscriptions
  5. Turn Enable 1-Click Checkout for Easier Purchases to off. Click Save

This will require you to enter your payment information each time you make a purchase, allowing you to use a different card.

You can re-enable the one-click option by following the above steps and turning Enable 1-Click Checkout for Easier Purchases on. Remember to Save any changes.


For Existing Gold Membership or Fanclub Subscriptions (Recurring Billing)

Important: If you have an active Gold membership or Fanclub subscription with recurring billing, the 1-Click Checkout setting does NOT control your subscription payments.

To update your credit card information for existing subscriptions and prevent service interruption, you must contact the billing processor directly:

Your Gold membership or Fanclub subscription is managed by the payment processor you used when you first subscribed (such as Epoch or Segpay). Your transaction ID and processor name can be found on your bank or credit card statement.

Contact the billing processor to update your card information:

Epoch - Credit Card Support

Segpay - Credit Card Support

DialXS - Credit Card Support

Why contact the processor? Gold and Fanclub subscriptions are recurring charges managed directly by the payment processor, not through CAM4's 1-Click system. Updating your card with the processor ensures your subscription continues without interruption.


Need Help Identifying Your Processor?

Check your most recent bank or credit card statement for charges from CAM4. The processor name (Epoch, Segpay, or DialXS) will appear next to the charge along with your transaction ID.
