How to Reset Your CAM4 Password
If you've forgotten your CAM4 password, follow these updated steps to regain access to your account:
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Navigate to CAM4.com and click the Login button.
Step 2: Enter Your Username or Email
In the login form, enter your username or the primary email address associated with your CAM4 account.
Step 3: Access the Forgot Password Option
After submitting your username or email, the "Forgot password?" link will appear. Click this link to begin the password reset process.
Step 4: Check Your Email
A password reset email will be sent to the primary email address associated with your account.
Important: If you cannot remember the email address you used during registration, you will need to create a new account, as Customer Service cannot provide this information for security reasons.
Step 5: Whitelist CAM4 Emails
To ensure you receive the password reset email, add CAM4 to your safe sender list. Emails from CAM4 may otherwise end up in your spam folder or be automatically deleted.

Step 6: Follow the Reset Link
Click the link in the password reset email and create your new password according to the requirements shown on screen.
Troubleshooting Tips
If you don't receive the reset email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Ensure CAM4 emails are whitelisted in your email settings
- Wait a few minutes and try again
If you're still having issues: Contact CAM4 Customer Support for assistance, but note that support cannot retrieve or disclose the email address associated with your account for security reasons.
