How do I delete my account?

To delete your CAM4 account:

  1. Log in to your CAM4.com account
  2. Click your circular profile avatar in the upper right corner of your screen
  3. Select My Account from the drop-down menu
  4. Select the Account Settings tab, then click the Account button
  5. Under Account Info, click the Delete Account button

Important: The deletion of a CAM4 account is permanent. To create a new account, you will need to use an email address that is not associated with any other CAM4 account.


Gold Membership

Your Gold membership will be automatically canceled when you delete your account. The system will notify your payment processor to stop all future billing. You do not need to contact the payment processor separately.

Broadcasters

If you are a broadcaster, make sure you have cashed out all tokens before deleting your CAM4 account. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any remaining tokens in your account.


What happens when I delete my account?

  • Your account is deactivated
  • All Gold memberships are automatically canceled
  • Payment processors are notified to stop recurring billing
  • All account data and settings are removed, for data retention details please check our Privacy Policy
  • Any remaining tokens (for broadcasters) will be lost
