For PC users, there’s the Neave Webcam Toy app that gives you over 50 effects and filters for your webcam photos.

Warning for anyone who wants to download “Neave”. There are a number of programs that try to sneak into your system during its installation. I wasn’t fond of those additions, so I uninstalled the program, but the extra programs didn’t uninstall quite so easily. A system restore did the trick, but to say I’m uncomfortable with re-installing “Neave” is an understatement.
By no means am I trying to discourage people from using “Neave”. Just be aware of the risks.
