How to Use Imgur Analytics

First of all, if you don’t have a Fancy Bio on CAM4 make one now. All this really means is uploading a picture or gif to your profile, or changing the design of your text. If you use Imgur to host the pictures in your CAM4 Fancy Bio, you can access Imgur Analytics to easily see crucial information about your CAM4 page.

The easy to read Imgur Analytics timeline shows how many views your photo has gotten (i.e. how many people are looking at your CAM4 profile), what time it was seen, and what country the viewers are in. In short, you can see what time people are on your profile. For example, if there was a spike at the same time you did a show, you know why. But if there’s spikes when you’re offline, perhaps you could benefit to change up your times or leave some video options for these off-time visitors.

Alright now how do you do this? Here’s how it works:

1. After you have created an Imgur account you can start uploading pics from your computer. Once an image is uploaded they will appear on the left as you see here.

2. Click on your picture to access the image links and stats.

3. Copy the Direct Link and use it to post your picture on your CAM4 profile.

Now that your CAM4 profile is hosting your picture through Imgur, it counts every visit to your profile page as a view! View your hourly traffic by refining your search to show only one day, your breakdown of viewers by country and site will customize based on this search too.
