“I do a lot of dieting with lean meats, vegetables, probiotics, and antioxidants. I am very active with pole dancing, sword sparing, weight training, all that fun stuff :P.”

“I workout 4-5 times a week in the gym. I’m doing a workout split and a protein based diet. No alcohol, no smoking, no fast food. And I sleep a lot for regeneration ;)”

How do you stay fit?
“I work out in the gym 4 times a week and I do weight lifting and TRX. I eat many green salads and eggs and meat. I avoid too much fat and carbs, I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t use drugs, although I am an occasional smoker so I try to cut back.”

“Believe it or not I’m having sex at least once everyday, I consider myself addicted to that and it helps me to stay fit. When I workout and I’m fit, I feel sexy and proud about my body so I wanna share it with somebody who is really attracted to it. I like my body and how it looks so I feel very comfortable to be naked in front of another person who likes to explore it and give me pleasure. Also staying fit makes me more attractive and it makes others want to have me in their bed, so yes it has improved my sex life incredibly.”

How do you stay fit?
My fitness is a major part of my life and something I pride myself in up keeping! The way that I keep fit is no mystery, it’s a combination of training programs (Bulking in the winter and cutting down in the summer) and good nutrition! I’m currently in my bulking phase I eat (A LOT!) and work out 2 muscles per day 4 times per week with one day off in between each workout. In a few weeks I will begin my 6 month Cutting phase. This entails low-carb high protein meals and 6 workouts per week isolating each muscle per day and no rest periods in between!

Yes, yes and yes a million times over. It has improved my self esteem, my libido, my sex drive and cardio as well! This all adds up to longer, better, sexier, intense sex!

How do you stay fit?
When I started the gym (summer 2013) I was chubby and in the first 3 months I lost 15 kilos. The key to success is to rest, to have 3-4 good meals per day and to workout. I did and I still do lots of jogging or cardio at the gym. I’m not quite where I want to be, so I’m still working at it.

Of course my sexual life has improved. I have more energy and I feel powerful much younger ..

How do you Stay Fit?
There are three principles for me to keep fit: healthy food, intensive training, and rest. I have a diet based on lean meat, egg whites, fish, fruits, a lot of vegetables, foods with fiber like oatmeal. All that in 6 meals a day, along with supplements as whey, multi vitamin. I train almost 1 hour a day intensely: cardio and aerobic and rest for about 7 hours per day.
