Please introduce yourself and give us some details about what to expect from your cam shows, as well as what you are known for.
Hey everyone, it’s CockFien here, and I’m really enjoying my time with CAM4. My shows are a little spread out at the moment, as I’m just working through a schedule for my viewers. I’m also in the process of creating a BDSM sex room, and I’ve just made a cross which is going to be a part of my shows. I do have baking shows that are on during the week, where I’m known for making my fabulous cookies. They’re so intricate, and I use different chocolate chips and all the goodies. One part of the show that’s fun is the cleanup, and my viewers love that part too.
When it comes to expanding your fanbase and gathering viewers, how do you go about doing that?
I’ve recently been working on having a set schedule and sticking to it. That way, if the viewers know when I’m going to be on, they will come. Having a set schedule is so important, as well as working on building your social media. It’s also key to have a good work / life balance, which I’m working on to create a happy medium. When it comes to promoting my shows, as well as scheduling it through CAM4, I’m also linking to my Twitter so that all the notifications are getting out there. I’m also going to start promoting my shows on my Instagram, which will also help with growing my social media presence.
Once you are live and you have plenty of viewers watching your shows, how do you gather excitement to increase token spend?
Whilst I’ve been on CAM4 for a while now, I’m still learning more about this. At the moment, I’m having so much fun trying out new methods, and the one thing I’ve noticed is that being really active in the chat, and having real-life conversations with people, helps to build that connection. I do feel that building connections really helps to keep your regulars coming back. This also works well with helping to grow your friends and meet new people. One thing that’s key for me is I like to be myself, so if I don’t feel like camming, then I’m not going to go live. The main thing is that I have a lot of fun doing what I do, and I really want to make it into a long-term career.
It’s really important for content creators to maintain good mental health, so how do you gather yourself before a show, then get back to yourself again afterwards?
For me, I’ve been focusing a lot on getting ready before I go live, just like any other part of my life. I also love really upbeat music and dancing around, which allows me to just be myself – and I’m just having fun with it. Because if I wasn’t having fun, I wouldn’t be doing it – It’s as simple as that. When it comes to the aftercare aspect of camming, the important thing here is to ensure that I’m feeling good. If I don’t feel good afterwards, then I like to get outside and be part of nature. I love taking a nice walk to help clear the mind and get back to reality.
