We’ve all heard the old saying ‘you are what you eat’, well when it comes to the taste of your cum never a truer word was spoken. Whatever you put into your body is going to have a significant impact on the taste of your love juice, and if you want your lady to get busy swallowing then, guys, you need to get busy sorting out your diets.
Below are some top tips for better tasting semen.
Semen is a bit like sweat and urine in that it’s a secretion, and we all know how bad we smell after a weekend of booze, fags and noxious fast food. So the more crap food containing chemicals and additives you eat the worse your semen is going to taste. And trust me when I say that no matter how much a woman loves her man, she won’t put up with foul tasting cum for very long. Sorry but it really is gross.
So what can you do to rectify the problem? Well as boring as it sounds the solution really is to detoxify your body and try and eat as much natural food as possible. Now you could go the whole hog and do a proper juice detox, which will not only make your cum taste infinitely better but will also make you feel fantastic and about half a stone lighter, but if you don’t have the patience for this (and let’s be honest, most of us don’t) then just make whatever adjustments you can to your diet. If nothing else, at least it shows your partner that you’re making an effort for the sake of her gag reflexes!
First things first, drink lots of water – at least two litres a day if you can manage it. This will help to flush out all the toxins in your body and keep you hydrated, which is never a bad thing.
Some studies suggest that vegetarians have better tasting cum than meat eaters, however if you’re too fond of your fillet steak to contemplate the life of a veggie then at least try and incorporate as much fresh veg and fruit into your diet as you can. Oh, except for broccoli, asparagus and spinach. In this instance greens are not your friend as they can make your cum taste even more bitter. Not good.
Particularly good fruits to pack in your lunchbox include cranberries and citrus fruits as they make your body’s pH more acidic and this helps to negate the alkalinity of semen. Lots of dieticians also highly recommend drinking pineapple juice, which helps to sweeten the taste.
Wheatgrass, celery and parsley can also help to improve the overall flavour as they contain high levels of chlorophyll. And this is good, apparently.
(That juicer is actually starting to sound like a good idea!)
And finally, you could try fresh peppermint, cinnamon and cardamom to help sweeten the load.
Now we’re not suggesting you head to the supermarket with a ‘better tasting cum’ shopping list but if it is really starting to become an issue between you and your partner then it certainly won’t hurt to try and make a few changes to your diet. Bad tasting semen is generally a sign that all is not well in other departments so it might be time for a bit of a diet overhaul. Ever heard the phrase ‘fit guys get more head’. OK, to be fair we made that one up, but there is a grain of truth in it.
Now off to the shop you go for a litre of pineapple juice and packet of cardamon pods!
