Today let’s talk about how to start tweeting to attract customers to your Cam4 shows through Twitter.
Tweet regularly.
Try to tweet every day, and if you can, several times a day. Schedule times that you think customers will be most likely to respond and interact. Lunch breaks, mid-afternoon, a few hours after work is over (to make time for commuting) are great times. Keep in mind different time zones.
Post tease photos!
Learn the art of the tease and bring your customers TO your cam show to see what they won’t be able to on your Twitter photos. Body parts? Pics of your lips near a seductive toy, finger, or fruit? Think creatively about suggestive ways to entice your customer – and then deliver ONLY on your cam show.
Interact with fans.
Models that only talk about themselves and hard-sell their cam shows on Twitter rarely get loyal fans. Come up with ways to get your followers to interact with you – a lot like how you’d talk to a guy in a bar to get them to pick you up. Tease! Be interested in them, and they’ll be interested in you…and will want to see more of you (but only on your cam show!).
*Additional note* Reward your best-paying cam customers with more Twitter time – and that means being straight-forward with the ones that don’t. Train your customers!
Interact with other cam models.
Find fellow cam models that do similar shows – especially those that do shows at a different time than you. Referrals are a great way for customers to keep being entertained, and if you can keep customers interested while their favorite cam model is sleeping or not online. Then the two (or more!) of you can work together as a team to keep money coming in! Trust me, it works much better to be collaborative than competitive. Remember – cam customers like variety. Create a network so they can have a revolving variety, but only within your team.
